Founder, Director & Senior Financial Adviser

Andrew is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle and Tax (Financial) Adviser registered with the Tax Practitioners Board.

With a career in the financial services industry since 1986, Andrew has a wealth of experience in helping individuals, families and businesses achieve their financial goals. He has worked in various roles across the financial services industry, but specifically chose to specialise in financial planning - a field he's been dedicated to since 1999. Andrew has extensive experience helping medical professionals navigate the unique financial challenges and opportunities that come with their careers and implementing long-term wealth planning tailored to the healthcare industry.

Andrew is not just an adviser; he is a trusted partner who works closely with each client to develop tailored financial strategies that address both their current and future needs. Thomas Tavares

Provisional Financial Planner

Thomas holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle. Thomas has been working with Advice Partners Wealth Solutions since 2023 and is currently undertaking his professional year in financial planning under the supervision of Andrew Taylor (ASIC Authorised Representative number 466165).

As an emerging adviser, Thomas is committed to building strong relationships with clients by developing tailored financial strategies that address both their immediate needs and long-term aspirations. He takes a client-centric approach, aiming to make the financial planning process clear, practical, and empowering.

Thomas brings a high level of enthusiasm, integrity, and a strong commitment to ethical advice. He is focused on delivering well-researched, actionable guidance in areas such as investment strategies, superannuation, retirement planning, insurance and wealth creation—always aligning his advice with each client’s personal goals and circumstances.

Judy Blanch

Client Services Associate

Judy's role is to provide additional support to you. She is usually clients’ first point of contact and responsible for the facilitating client requests and communication. When not at work Judy can be found enjoying time spent with her grandchildren and traveling with her friends.​


Rebecca Robertson

Becca has a key role supporting our advisers and ensuring clear and timely communication with clients. When not at work, Becca enjoys arts and spending time with friends and family.


Melanie Taylor

Administration Manager

Mel’s began her financial services career at NAB in 1991 in banking, where she built a strong a strong foundation in finance. In 2000 she transitioned into superannuation, investment and insurance. Now Mel applies her expertise in financial administration, operational management and client services at Advice Partners.
